Carolyn Brown, DDS, MEd, is the CSO and co-founder of DifferentKind. She is a health-care change agent, employing operational, analytic, and deep industry knowledge as key components in a consulting practice spanning more than 10 years. Dr. Brown is a veteran subject matter expert in teledentistry, value-based care, medical-dental integration, dental benefits, dental diagnostic coding, health workforce, and health-care transformation. She brings her analytic focus from her corporate and academic backgrounds.

Barry Bartusiak, DMD

With 30 years of practicing what he preaches, Dr. Barry Bartusiak has created a multi-million-dollar dental practice in Washington, Pennsylvania, on only 28 hours of work per week, 180 days a year.He’s a dental nerd with more than 2,500 hours of continuing education, he’s presented more than 560 seminars, and is a frequent radio and TV expert on the business of dental practice.

Brooke Crouch, RDH

Brooke Crouch is a registered dental hygienist with over fourteen years of clinical experience, both in private practice and public health. She has provided mobile dentistry in both a school-based and nursing home setting and understands the many challenges faced in accessing oral health care. Brooke is proud to serve as the Professional Education Specialist for Elevate Oral Care. She is also a dry mouth advocate as a Sjogren’s sufferer herself. Brooke believes innovation and prevention are necessary for increasing access to equitable care and improving oral health for all.

Erin Norris

Erin Norris is the Head of Growth and Customer Success at DifferentKind. She has 30 years of dental experience in various roles, from chairside roles to helping clinics bring in new technology. She is passionate about improving patient experience and spending time with her dogs.
